Director of Alumni Engagement (#456)

Summary of Duties

The Director of Alumni Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement program designed to provide meaningful opportunities for volunteerism, service, personal and professional development, and events and programs for alumni to enhance loyalty, dedication, and financial support for Marywood.

As a senior colleague in the University Advancement Division reporting to the Vice President, the Director of Alumni Engagement will be required to build strong and effective alliances with internal and external partners. The Director will develop, execute, and evaluate a strategic alumni engagement plan with meaningful, metric-oriented results. This position will work on a highly collaborative team of alumni and development professionals.



Requirements

  • Educational:

    Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, public administration, or relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Essential Elements:

    Must be proficient in volunteer management, program development, innovation, event planning, and use and knowledge of various communication platforms (i.e. web, social media).
